Machining
As the pioneer of machining, Dalgıç Makine provides high quality machining services for the aerospace, defense and molding industries. We provide our customers with excellent precision and quality parts by using the latest technologies with our wire erosion track, 3 and 5 axis machines.
Contract Cnc Production
As the leading company in the sector, we provide CNC production services. Our contract CNC manufacturing services are backed by flexibility, fast response times and competitive pricing. We offer our customers high-quality, high-tech equipment and a team specialized in the production of complex geometry parts.
Edm/Wire Erosion
In our EDM wire erosion method, we cut with high precision using a thin metal wire. Controlled movements between the workpiece and the wire are realized thanks to CNC technology. In this way, we are able to provide our customers with highly accurate cuts, inside cuts, holes and fine details.
Cmm/3d
Our CMM 3D services include measuring and quality control of parts with complex geometries. With high precision probe systems and automatic measurement software, We provide the opportunity to determine the geometric tolerances of the parts, the surface quality and other important measurement parameters.
